Only Alibaba Gold unveils first flagship restaurant in Kolkata

In the culinary map of Kolkata has a new entrant -- speciality restaurant Only Alibaba Gold. Strategically located opposite to Quest Mall, the outlet -- brainchild of celebrity Master Chef Debasish Kundu -- offers a fusion of Lahori and Awadhi cuisine with 25 varieties of succulent kebabs from the land of Nawabs. The interiors of the restaurant have been designed by the in-house team. The design showcases Mughal paintings placed on walls and the chambers and ceilings have ornate designs.

Kundu explained that "our uniqueness lies in serving the different varieties of kebab platters and we are highlighting the cuisines of Lahore and Awadh which are two distinct ways of cooking Nawabi food. Being a premium outlet we named it Only Alibaba Gold and we aim to open 8-9 more outlets in Kolkata within this year. Our next aim is to serve our delicacies in the northern part of the city and we will open it soon at Shyambazar 5 point crossing.”
