PUMA encourages faster service by having ample stocks with these large format factory outlets.

Fitness footwear and apparel major PUMA is expanding its new concept with large format store design for their factory outlets, where the store has the opportunity to stock a larger line of products as well as deliver faster service. With the recent one in Bangalore spanning over 4000 sq ft, the brand already has stores in same concept in Delhi and Pune, which are company-owned and at Ambala and Zirakpur, which are partner-sourced.

On the concept, Vidya Sagar, Head of Projects, PUMA India, told Retail4growth, “Internationally, self-service is a concept that consumers enjoy. With this new concept of factory outlets, we have tried to bring that concept in India. Since the store are all large-format, we have the opportunity to stock a larger line of products as well as deliver faster service. The stores also have a larger-than-life look.” Another such store is coming soon at Baner, Pune.
