Purplle Plans To Open Physical Stores

Purplle is all set to get started on its offline journey. The company has appointed Pooja Acharya as Chief Beauty Officer to push its growth through offline route.

Purplle, India based online beauty marketplace is all set to start its offline journey by introducing its beauty products in brick & mortar retail outlets across the market. The company that claims leadership in the Indian online beauty segment has appointed Pooja Acharya as its Chief Beauty Officer to drive its growth in offline market. Pooja Acharya is an expert in managing offline retail market with a decade long working experience in globally renowned cosmetic companies. She will play a crucial role in foraying in new beauty product segments and introducing exclusive international brands in India.

On the occasion, Pooja Acharya said, “Purplle leverages technology effectively to study consumer behaviour patterns. Deployment of chatbot has been a revolutionary initiative taken by the company as it helps in personalising recommendations to customers based on their needs.
