The Crossword Bookstore at Growel’s 101 Mall in Mumbai has been relaunched with a brand new look and feel and will host engaging book reading sessions and interactive workshops.
Crossword Bookstore at Growel’s 101 Mall has been relaunched within the mall with a brand new look and feel. The refurbished Crossword Book store located on the second floor of Growel’s 101 Mall, is spread over 1200 sq. ft. of retail space.
According to the statement from Growel’s 101 Mall, the expansion and look of the Crossword Bookstore reflects the focus on customer experience and engagements for book lovers. The bookstore will be engaging book reading sessions and interactive workshops for kids.
Speaking about the renewed Crossword Bookstore, Gerald Mathew, General Manager, Growel’s 101 Mall, said, “At Growel’s 101 Mall we are constantly working to enhance customer experience and the new Crossword Bookstore is a welcoming space for book lovers to explore and discover merchandise beyond books.”
Well, it looks like offline book retailing still offers some promise, if planned well with the right experiential elements.
