Samsung India prepares neighbourhood retail stores in 1000 Indian cities

To escalate its offline business during festivities and assist retail partners, the company has set up a helpline for over 1200 partners in small towns to address all queries in region-based languages.

The South Korean multinational conglomerate, Samsung has set up its neighbourhood retail outlets across 1000 cities in the country, ahead of the festive season. The venture will offer a safe and convenient shopping experience to all its customers.

The company has trained over 11000 employees and has adopted stringent administrative measures to assure utmost safety of its consumers at different retail outlets.

Raju Pullan, Senior Vice President, Samsung India, stated, “Samsung has tried to make all retail touch points as safe as possible for consumers. Our ground staffs have been given additional training to follow all safety procedures. We are confident that our unique offers will not only meet their expectations but also enrich their lives and help make their homes ready for the festive season.”

To escalate its offline business during festivities and make it easy for retail partners, the company has set up a helpline for over 1200 partners in small towns to address all queries regarding products. The service has been made available in region-based languages to penetrate easily in the rural India.
