Select Citywalk plans to add space & host more brands by next year

The mall authority is in talks with DDA as the authority is penning down space addition policy of all district centers. The mall has also signed up with many new brands to host their stores.

Capital’s popular mall Select Citywalk is in talks with Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to add 40,000 sqft to 1 lakh sq ft space to its existing mall premises. The mall has also signed up to host 10 more brands, a number of which are international ones and will set up their introductory store in India at Select Citywalk. Talking to Retail4growth, the spokesperson from Select Citywalk, said, “Currently, we are in talks with DDA to increase land space in our mall. The increased space will help us host more brands in the mall premises which will add value to our meaningful mix of brands. Looking at the demand of our discerning patrons, we are also planning some cosmetic changes to enhance the look of the brand. This will help the participating brands to showcase their brand value in a much better and contemporary environment.” Currently, DDA is penning down a policy for space addition for all district center, in completion of which will decide the area to be added in the mall premises.
