Spectrum Scan’s MD to speak at In-Store Asia, 2019

Amit Shah, Managing Director, Spectrum Scan India Pvt Ltd, will join as one of the panelists at a knowledge session titled “In-Store Displays : The Buying Evolution & Market Scenario” at In-Store Asia 2019 (now a part the family of EuroShop Düsseldorf, the world’s #1 retail fair), the largest retail experience expo and convention in the Indian subcontinent. 

The upcoming edition of the event is scheduled to be held during March 14-16, 2019, at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai. Post his small stint with a Private Offset pre-press company, Amit Shah started out on his own as a first-generation entrepreneur to form SPECTRUM SCAN PVT LTD in Jan 1988 providing basic pre-press services to offset printers in Mumbai.

This made him slowly but surely diversify into digital printing and screen printing for the commercial advertising, display and POP / POS services. He is credited to having introduced a number of firsts in the print and retail industries especially in the FMCG, telecom and financial sectors. Spectrum’s state-of-the-art facility in Vasai, Mumbai, are testing new horizons like plastic packaging; backward integration via extruding its own Plastic sheets for HIPS, ABS and PP. the company has now invested in additional machinery and has entered into corrugated retail displays and furniture business.

Spectrum is awarded The Best quality Printing by National and International Graphic Associations like SGIA, FESPA, ASGIA, POPAI, BMPA, SPAI, Print Week and many more. As of today Spectrum has to its credit more than 115 international and 150 national awards for excellence in printing and POP / POS.
