By Satarupa Chakraborty | March 20, 2018

Starbucks has recently opened its 35th outlet in Delhi, which is the brand’s 93rd retail touchpoint in the country. The store design depicts the brand’s coffee culture with a colour palette denoting different shades of coffee.

New Delhi’s plush Green Park neighbourhood has recently become home to Starbucks’s 35th outlet in the capital. Celebrating every aspect of the brand’s coffee journey, the design concept for this store is based on coffee trees, with artwork that reference coffee fields. The color palette of the store is also inspired by coffee, with shades ranging from the light crema coffee color of birch plywood to a dark espresso. With a Starbucks coffee-forward espresso bar and lounge seating, the store exudes warmth and comfort.

The Starbucks store at Green Park is the first of its kind in New Delhi that brings to customers a new heightened coffee experience with new and innovative brewing styles. At the heart of the bar, lies the White Eagle (manual espresso machine) which makes quality and consistency of the espresso shot its mission.

Starbucks opened its first store in Delhi in 2012 as soon as the brand entered in Indian market through a 50:50 Joint Venture with Tata Global Beverages and currently operates 93 stores in India across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru and Pune.
