Wardrobe Treasures: A multi designer store opens in Kolkata

This is the first brick n mortar store of the brand, with plans to open eight stores across the country by the end of the next fiscal.
The fashion map of Kolkata recently witnessed the launch of a new multi brand designer wear store, Wardrobe Treasures at YOU Ensembles at Lake Road that displays fusion of ethnic and contemporary wear from the house of wardrobetreasures.com.
After exploring the online market and getting positive feedback from critics, clients and designers, Wardrobe Treasures opened their first flagship store in the heart of Kolkata.It is a cosy yet chic outlet that infuses the design sensibilities of more than 15 designers like You Ensembles, Mathili's, Greenways C.P, Pranati & Sahib, Prihana by Neeru Bhasin, Akshay Raj, Anaikka, Estera, August Line, Gaurika Modi, Aahana,Mira, Bhaavya Bhatnagar, K.Anshika, Anil Minocha to name a few.
On the occasion of the store launch, Priti Nathany, Franchisee owner and designer who also has stocked her collection in the store, says – “Wardrobe Treasures is a store specially created to cater to the fashion connoisseurs of Kolkata. We are high in our spirits and expecting to deliver the best to our clients especially the younger market, ensuring complete satisfaction.”
It offers an exclusive range of apparels and accessories, handpicked and specially curated for the city. Maithili, the in-house brand of Wardrobe Treasures at the launch mentioned, “It is amazing to add another brick and mortar store to my kitty. Kolkata has been a great market for us. A lot of our customers who shop online are from Calcutta. So, that gave us the direction. Another important aspect was space. You Ensembles by Priti Nathany was an exciting looking space so we got together and put this whole project. Also, I love the fact that Wardrobe Treasures is bringing both online and offline platform to give an unparallel experience to the customers.”
Anuj Nath and Aman Nath - founders of Wardrobetreasures.com at the launch spoke about the future plans. "Kolkata is our first of the 8 franchises that we plan to open in 2017-18 because we have high hopes from the city. Our online orders from Kolkata are big and we are certain that having an offline store will double our numbers in the next two quarters.” The brand is looking at offline presence in other metros like Delhi which will also be there exclusive boutique.
