World of Titan revamps its store in Gariahat, South Kolkata

Titan recently relaunched their World of Titan store in Gariahat at Kolkata, revamping the space with a new look and feel. The new retail design at the 950 sq. ft. outlet focuses a clean and vibrant look, adding a  concept behind each collection.

On the occasion, Rajeshwari Srinivasan - Associate Vice President & Regional Business Head-East, Titan Company Ltd. said, "This store is one of our oldest outlets in Kolkata and now it has a new avatar.  It has been catering to a very important locale of the city, which is Gariahat and also people from Ballygunge etc, the hub of South Kolkata. This is the kingsman format but designed in a very modern way and one will see lesser number of displays as we come with the concept that each watch has a clear and angular display with bigger space for each item. Thus the displays are not crowded and the entire store has a more recessed corridor giving a much better customer experience. Gradually all our World of Titan is going to get a makeover and will replicate the same design concept.”
 
She adds, "There are about 86 World of Titan stores in the East zone, in cities like Kolkata, Guwahati, Siliguri, Asansol, Patna, Bhubaneshwar, Dimapur, Agartala, Dhandbad, Jamshedpur, Ranchi and Raipur among others. Very recently in this FY we are going to add 20 more showrooms in this zone. Among which there are B towns as well as A cities like in Kolkata, we will add in few more pockets where we have good opportunities and it will also house the entire Titan range including Fastrack. Also Titan Company Limited is going to unveil more Tanishq stores and soon will launch exclusive Mia store in this region."
 
With over 425 exclusive stores in 155 towns in India, Titan also has presence in 32 countries. Every store is equipped with Titan Care, a watch care centre for customer service and in addition to this, the company has over 700 authorized service centers across the country.
