XII Zodiac theme based restaurant launched in Kolkata

XII Zodiac, the sun-sign theme based restaurant was recently launched in Kolkata at The Fern Residency, Rajarhat, which is the first such zodiac concept eatery of the country. The zodiac identifies four basic constitutional types: fire, earth, air and water and the entire décor as well as the menu has been conceptualised keeping these elements in mind.
 
"As you enter the eatery one entire wall will inform you more about your food traits and how the sun signs governs that,” shares Rahul Agarwal, Managing Director, The Fern Residency Kolkata. Ancient wisdom has always known that our sun sign can suggest foods that are best suited to us and that can keep us feeling vital and healthy. Reading how all twelve signs correspond with different soul food dishes, one will develop a greater appreciation for the raw diversity of taste and the ancient wisdom of the zodiac as well. Our horoscope can also explain some of those odd food cravings that we sometimes get,” adds Rahul as he conceptualized this 2,500 sq. ft. thematic eatery with emphasis R&D which went on for six months to give this look.

The zodiac cuisine addresses the issue with variety, exciting and tasty food from around the world.
 
The brand has further plans to go beyond this location with this unique concept and will be coming up with outlets in South Kolkata in Ballygunj, and in other cities like Siliguri and Coimbatore. "I am very hopeful that this concept will be a huge hit among the Indian customers as well as people coming from overseas,” signs off Rahul.
