The printing and signage manufacturing firm has developed a range of slim backlit signages which are currently developed to be used as directional signages. The company is soon starting its full-fledged operation in UV fabric printing.

Bangalore-based signage manufacturing firm Supra Digital has recently launched a range of signages that are as slim as mobile phones. Already slated for more development, these backlit signages are being used for mostly in-store wayfinding currently by brands like Max, Lifestyle and People. Talking to Retail4growth, Deepak Magar, Director, Supra Digital, explained, “The aesthetic development of backlit signage demanded to be developed in slimmer forms. Therefore, we developed this range of products which are as slim as your mobile phones. After years of research in how signage thickness can be decreased perpetually, we came up with the slimmest options which are as thin as 8mm. We are using different kind of LED and transformers to build these products and we are constantly upgrading the range.”

Supra has also brought a UV printing machine to start its full-fledged facility to start fabric backlit printing. On this, Magar added, “The world of printing is moving from flex to fabric and most of the leading brands are takers for the eco-friendly options.”
