The ethnic wear brand, who already have endless aisle technology available for staff, will introduce the technology for their consumers in order to offer access to their whole collection. Each store will house a minimum number of two screens for this purpose.

Ethnic wear brand Soch will soon introduce endless aisles in their stores for their customers to access. The system will be handled by Arvind International, the firm which is responsible for Soch’s omni-channel strategies.

Explaining on the project, Vinay Chatlani, CEO, Soch, told Retail4growth, “Endless aisle is one of the most indispensable element of omni-channel retailing today. This is very important for us as we retail through lot of cataloguing. So far, our endless aisle was staff-facing and now we would like our customers to also access that. Interestingly, from our 60th store onwards, we incorporated wiring for such technology into our civil work. Therefore, a large number of our stores are already prepared to welcome such in-store tech without much of a hassle. Each of my store can accommodate at least 2 screens for this purpose.”

Soch today has 120 stores and plans to add about 20-22 stores to its network by next year
