Shoppers Stop’s window tribute to retail staff

Leading large format retailer Shoppers Stop has celebrated Retail Employees Day through a dedicated window at all their flagship stores. The minimalistic window features communication that reads “Gift them something priceless -- Your Thank You.”

Speaking about the unique idea, Pawan Nagarwal, Vice President – Visual Merchandising, Shoppers Stop Limited, shared with Retail4growth, “December 12th is celebrated as Retail Employees Day across the country. We, at Shoppers Stop, wanted our customers to know about it while adding a little celebration mode inside the organization. We were the first retailer in India to roll out a window concept just for a day for this occasion. Our employees also acted as live mannequins in the window space, which was fun.”
