The 13,375 sq ft Harley Davidson outlet in Delhi was more like preserving / restoring the brand’s architectural history by keeping the old warehouse in the middle of the city still breathing. The intent of this design was to take advantage of the warehouse classic architecture, retain natural light influx and utilize a combination of vintage and raw materials and finishes.

Careful mix of raw materials in their natural forms was used extensively to make the place gritty and to infuse it with wholesome spirit. Leaving concrete and bricks as they are, cement board with brand name engraved on it was left unpolished while rusted black steel was used as a primary element to render an untouched feel. Large metal frame works, huge glass curtain wall, a floor divider made of freight containers etc added to the rugged and industrial avatar of the outlet.
