Kapsons Takes The Omni-Channel Route

Kapsons, one of the major regional lifestyle retailers in Northern India is planning to expand its reach by opening new multi brands lifestyle stores across the nation. As a prominent retailer, Kapsons already has 28 multi brands lifestyle stores and an exclusive e-commerce portal to bring the world-class shopping experience to the Indian customers.  According to Darpan Kapoor, Group Vice Chairman, Kapsons, “We offer fashion and lifestyle products across the nation through online and offline channels. We have 28 offline outlets including premium, franchise and exclusive Kapsons stores in different cities across the country.” 

According to Kapoor, opening more stores is not main motto but giving the best shopping experience to all shoppers across the varieties of stores is what Kapsons Group is working for. He explains, “After being the leaders for years in the brick mortar store format, Kapsons has now ventured into e-retail by becoming a one-stop destination for the fashion needs of men, women and kids delivered at their doorsteps.” To make fashion available to every shopper across the nation the company has joined hands with a number of premium brands. Kapoor adds, “We have more than 100 brands under our canopy and stores across the country catering to the demands of everyone in the family. We look forward to grow as the most adored fashion destination both online and offline too.” 

Kapsons already has a total of 10 stores mainly in the cities like Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Patiala, Jammu, Dharamshala, Karnal, Bathinda and Jalandhar, where the store size varies between 12,000-15,000 sq ft. Kapkids has 11 stores in the cities including Chandigarh, Surat, Vadodara, Pathankot, Patiala, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Udaipur and Hoshiarpur and the size of these stores are between - 4,000-6,000 sq ft. Krome has total 7 stores majorly in Ambala, Rohtak, Rewari, Hoshiarpur, Yamunanagar, Ludhiana, Barnala. The size of Krome stores also falls between - 4,000-6,000 sq ft. The store concept has been designed by Delhi-based agency Design Affairs. 

Road Ahead

Taking the omni-channel route, Kapsons has collaborated with e-commerce giants like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Snapdeal, Myntra and many more. “Making our presence felt is not our goal, but being the best is, and to fulfill this we are looking forward to a bigger and brighter tomorrow filled with opportunities and customer-oriented service,” Kapoor concluded.
