The brand recently launched their exciting Durga Pujo offers and Samsung plans to execute the festive bonanza via its wide retail network of more than 12,000 partner stores, 93 exclusive stores and 102 service centers across the state of West Bengal.

Samsung, India’s prominent mobile phone Company has further strengthened its leadership in West Bengal. Adding to the festivity around Durga Pujo, Samsung India recently announced “Never Mind” offer for buyers of Samsung smartphones through its wide retail network present in the state. Under Samsung’s “Never Mind” offer, consumers can avail one-time replacement of a broken screen within 12 months of purchase by paying INR 990 at the time of repair. The offer is valid on purchases between September 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017. Along with West Bengal, the offer is available in all Samsung retail touchpoints at Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal, Nagaland & Orissa.

“Our focus on consumer-centric innovations and providing superior products and services to consumers have made Samsung India’s top brand. The ‘Never Mind’ offer is our way of thanking the people of West Bengal for their love and trust. Samsung has always believed in creating value for consumers through innovative features and the latest offer bears testimony to Samsung’s commitment to consumer delight,” said Mohandeep Singh, Senior Vice President, Mobile Business, Samsung India. “Our exciting new J series of smartphones backed by Make for India innovations have helped us strengthen our leadership in West Bengal. We also have an extensive service network, along with 535 mobile service vans across India, to cater to our growing number of consumers,” he added.

The brand will roll out advertising campaigns as well as visibility solutions with full ATL support at the retail level to make this offer a great success by the help of their network in the state. “The brand will also further look at expanding their retail as well as service network chain in the state and India especially in the up-country or smaller towns. We expect to add in at least 10-15% more in our channel strength from so far what we have on a Pan India basis and West Bengal will also get a good pie of that. I believe the brand has come a long way as of today and availability in terms of penetration level has happened successfully so far, but now we are also more focusing on giving the right experience to the customers so that they upgrade themselves to a smartphone from what they were using previously. It is a constant process and we will keep on investing in retail, staff procurement, service network and all other parameters,” signs off Mohandeep.
