Vivacity unveils its brand new identity'Viviana'

The soon-to-be launched Viviana mall is spread over an area of 1 million sq ft, across three levels of retail space and comprising of 241 stores.

Mumbai-based real estate developer, Sheth Developers & Realtors, recently unveiled the new brand identity for its upcoming mall'Viviana', formerly known as Vivacity in Thane.  The new logo is a multicoloured free flowing ribbon which can take infinite shapes. The new identity was revealed at the company's event to celebrate Viviana's collaboration with its retail partners for the mall project.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashwin Sheth said, "The new brand name Viviana (denoting vibrancy & fullness of life) has more synergies with our offerings of international retail experience. It reinstates our commitment and further strengthens our endeavour to establish everlasting bonds with our customers and partners. Viviana is spread over an area of 1 million sq. ft and will offer its shoppers countless choices when it comes to shopping, food and entertainment, thus giving its customers an experience of endless discoveries. Encompassing over 241 stores which comprises 20 anchor and mini anchors tenants, Viviana covers three floors of prime retail and leisure space.
Designed to please the eye and to heighten the shopper's excitement, Viviana boasts of a unique tenant mix of Cinepolis- a megaplex with 14 screens, large anchor tenants including Hyper City, Lifestyle, Zara, Shoppers Stop, Marks & Spencer, Splash for the first time in Thane. In addition, the mall will also house brands and outlets like Clarks, Inc. 5, Pepe Jeans, Gloria Jean's Coffee, Manchester United , Forever New, Malabar Gold, US Polo Assn, Esbeda, Hidesign, Ethos, 109oF and many more .
The mall, located in Thane on the eastern express highway will be well-connected with all parts of the city. It is strategically located to cater to the catchments area of Thane, Mulund, Powai, Ghatkopar and other central suburbs of Mumbai. The mall will also be easily accessible to the western suburbs of Mumbai via Powai.
