Channel 9 unveils its new image at Jayanagar, Bangalore

Started in 1986 as a small video library, Channel 9, the first of its kind mobile experience store, positioned at Jayanagar in Bangalore launched its new and refurbished retail concept. The revamped mobile store has been designed and conceptualized by the Bangalore based design firm Four Dimension (4D). Sprawling across 6000 sq ft, the store is a four storied building housing a wide range of brands and models ranging from the entry model to the latest and the higher end categories. The floors have been segregated according to the placement of the brands and the products. A A separate floor is dedicated for the accessories with exciting live displays while a refreshing lounge has also been created to enhance the customer experience. Santhosh, Owner, Channel 9 said, "We believe in long term customer relationships and are happy to help customers solve all their product-related problems by offering quick, competent and friendly service.”

Keeping customer satisfaction as the key objective, the store also offers freebies in the form of free software applications, song downloads, free insurance, free home delivery and exchange options. The tech support offers product upgrades, software and hardware support with friendly service with a touch of real hospitality. Adding to this, the showroom also has a video library catering to the needs of the customers.
