Planet Fashion celebrates 1st ever service promise fest

Planet Fashion (PF), the men’s wear retail format from Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd, has recently launched a Service Promise fest for free alteration of old garments. The window, executed at key stores in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, features the depiction of their alteration process with a 360 degree look for men's fashion by using the measuring tape as prop, among other elements.

Amit Kumar, Head - VM, PF, explained to Retail4growth, "Planet Fashion has a unique service promise of 24 types of alterations of old favourites -- any brand and any make at no cost. On completing 19 years of the brand, this window is designed to promote this service promise and establish PF as a retail destination for all fashion needs of the Indian man.”

The retail brand has used a motorised unit with alteration vector symbols along with a moving measuring tape. The tape connects all the services offered and its movement depicts the flow across the stores.
“This window carries the idea of the 360 degree end to end service we provide to our customers to maintain their style quotient, right from buying new merchandise to alteration of any merchandise. We are demonstrating our loyalty to our customers, acknowledging their loyalty to our brand.”

“Although we are celebrating Service Promise fest in key stores in UP and UK, this service is being offered in other Planet Fashion stores throughout the country as well,” he added.
