We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Activation, Events, Exhibitions, and Retail (BTL). The primary responsibility of this role is Business Development – identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Alongside this, the role will also involve Client Servicing responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Business Development (Primary Focus): Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Build a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, market research, industry connects, and referrals. Develop strategic partnerships with brands and agencies to enhance business reach. Prepare and deliver high-impact pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients. Conduct thorough market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives. Maintain strong follow-ups to close deals effectively. Client Servicing (Secondary Focus) Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and ensuring high-quality project delivery through coordination with internal teams. Support clients in conceptualizing innovative activation strategies aligned with their objectives. Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
