Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail in a strategic alliance with American Eagle Outfitters, Inc.

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited recently entered into a strategic alliance with American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. ABFRL entered into a Multi Store Retail and E-Commerce License agreement with this leading global specialty retailer offering clothing, accessories and personal products. ABFRL announced the same through a regulatory filing. By virtue of this agreement ABFRL has acquired the exclusive rights to use the American Eagle Outfitters and Aerie brands of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. to operate stores, e-commerce site and to sell products of these brands in India.
