Bakingo opens its first store in Ghaziabad

Bakingo, an online bakery brand, is expanding its footprint with the launch of its first physical store in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Located at Indirapuram Habitat Centre, the store marks a significant step in Bakingo’s omnichannel strategy.

One of the main highlights of the store is the Dream Station, a self-ordering kiosk featuring over 5,000 cake designs. This unique station allows customers to visualise and customise cakes, creating a personalised ordering experience.

“Our first physical store is built around our customers' needs for speed, convenience, and customization,” shared Himanshu Chawla, Co-founder of Bakingo. “The self-ordering theme cake kiosk and our new menu are just the beginning of an innovative in-store experience that mirrors our digital-first ethos.”

Building on this momentum, Bakingo plans to further strengthen its offline presence with the launch of 5–6 additional stores across the Delhi-NCR region in the coming months.
