Aligning with the broader omnichannel strategy, the smart kitchen technology brand plans to open additional experience stores across Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Pune over the coming quarters.

Beyond Appliances, a smart kitchen technology brand, has opened its Bengaluru experience store at Bommanahalli, its second in South India, following strong early traction from its Hyderabad store earlier this year. The launch is part of a broader national offline expansion strategy anchored in immersive, experience-first retail and targeted at urban consumers who are increasingly choosing to test high-value home technology before purchasing.
The Bengaluru store has been built as a fully operational kitchen environment rather than a conventional product display space. The format is designed to demonstrate real-world performance, usability, and everyday convenience at full scale.

As the company’s headquarters market, Bengaluru is also its fastest-growing consumer market and the single largest contributor to Beyond Appliances’ sales in South India. Having witnessed strong traction and consistent growth through general trade in the city over the years, the company identified Bengaluru as a natural next step in its offline retail expansion roadmap. South India currently contributes nearly 40 per cent of Beyond Appliances’ overall revenue, reinforcing the region’s importance in the company’s long-term growth strategy. Building on this momentum, the Bengaluru store is expected to further strengthen consumer engagement and drive nearly 2X year-on-year growth in the region over the next 12 months.
“Bengaluru has consistently been one of the most forward-looking markets for smart home technology in India,” said Eshwar K Vikas, Founder & CEO of Beyond Appliances. “Consumers here have shown strong adoption towards smart and experience-led home technology, along with a clear preference to experience products firsthand before making a purchase decision.”

The company planning to open additional experience stores across Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Pune over the coming quarters. The expansion aligns with the company’s broader omnichannel ambitions for the next 12–18 months as it works towards building a stronger offline retail presence across India, particularly across tier 2 and tier 3 markets. While nearly 80 per cent of Beyond Appliances’ current business is driven through online channels, the company sees significant long-term opportunity in experience-led retail and aims to gradually evolve towards a more balanced business model, with offline retail contributing nearly 60 per cent of overall sales alongside continued online growth.
Backed by its innovation-first and omnichannel growth strategy, Beyond Appliances aims to deepen consumer adoption, expand its market presence across India, and further establish itself as one of the country’s leading technology-driven home appliance brands.
