Cantabil Retail kicks off year with 5 new stores, plans expansion across tier 2-3 cities

Cantabil Retail India Ltd., has announced the  opening of 5 new exclusive retail outlets this year. As part of the company's strategic vision to increase the brand’s retail portfolio, the new apparel and accessories stores have been opened Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.

With these recent store openings, Cantabil Retail has reached to 440 store mark and intends to keep growing throughout India with an emphasis on Tier II and III cities in particular. This also marked the brand’s first retail store openings in Faridkot and Balia.

Commenting on the store openings, Deepak Bansal, Director, Cantabil Retail India Ltd. said,"We are thrilled to announce the opening of the new Cantabil retail outlets across North and West India. Over the years, Tier II and Tier III cities have given us a tremendous response, making expansion plans easy and viable for the company. There is a significant increase in awareness about fashion trends amongst the people in smaller towns and cities, and hence we see immense potential in Tier II and Tier III markets for our expansion.” 

As part of the upcoming growth plans in these markets, the company intends to make significant investments in Tier II and Tier III markets. For the new retail stores, the company is focusing on West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Bihar, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and several of the North Eastern states.
