The new smartphone C-21 is built for the young who need an inexpensive mobile device. This phone runs on the Ice Cream Sandwich version of Android and it comes with 2.0 MP with LED flash secondary camera and 1.3 MP primary camera. Having a dual-SIM competency, C-21 has an expandable memory of up to 32 GB. Other enabled features are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and One Touch download, where one can download Google Play's selected applications without Google play and without email id.
