Through tool, brand representatives can simply send a link and instantly share rich visuals, videos, 360° views, and store locations, with no requirements for any video calls or screen sharing.

As innovation and collaboration take centre stage in DDX Asia 2026, Digital Tranzform has drawn attention with its integrated pre-store, in-store, and post-store solutions. One of the key highlights is its AI-powered “shared consultation tool”, designed to improve how call centres and sales teams engage with customers remotely.
Through this solution, a representative can simply send a link to a customer during a call. Once opened, the customer can view images, videos, 360-degree site views, and store locations directly on their phone, without the need for video calls or screen sharing. The content loads according to the user’s internet speed and device, thus ensuring a smooth and clear experience.
“You can watch high-resolution videos on your phone that automatically adjust to your internet speed and screen orientation. It can also show you Google Maps and easily guide you to the nearest store from your location,” explains Anurag S., Founder Director and Chief Digital Transformation Officer of Digital Tranzform Private Limited.
The main objective of this tool is to bridge the gap between customer interaction and actual store visits. While many brands focusing on the in-store experience, Digital Tranzform is on a journey to strengthen the pre-store experience by encouraging footfall and improving return on investment.
