DMart opens at Omaxe Connaught Place, Greater Noida

Omaxe Ltd. has announced the opening of Avenue Supermarts Limited (DMart) at Omaxe Connaught Place, Beta II, Greater Noida, further strengthening the project’s positioning as a high-utility retail destination. The store spans over 50,000+ sq. ft. on a single floor, making it the largest DMart outlet in NCR and the first DMart in Greater Noida. The addition brings a strong daily-needs anchor to the development, enhancing its relevance for both residents and regular visitors.

Omaxe Connaught Place has a retail footprint of approximately 12 lakh sq. ft., with a well-established mix of brands across fashion, electronics, dining, and entertainment. The entry of DMart introduces a high-frequency retail category that complements this mix and is expected to drive consistent, everyday footfall.
