The loyalty program of Future Group has become India's largest in the retail category, while Payback won Retailer Customer Service Awards for 2013.
Promoter of India's leading retail formats Future Group, in alliance with Payback, one of the pioneers in the loyalty space, has heralded a landmark achievement by involving over 10 million members to its loyalty program while making Future Group the first player in India to have the largest loyal member base within a short span of a year.
Commending Payback's support in enrolling 10 million members to Future Group's loyalty program, Sandip Tarkas, President - Customer Strategy, Future Group, said, "Payback has played a pivotal role in helping us understand millions of customer behavior and thereby, enable us to decipher trends, appropriately reward loyalty and ultimately create a valuable relationship with our customers. The loyalty program further equipped the retail major with data about consumer purchasing pattern; enabling usage of statistical and analytical tools to segment consumers, implement customized marketing campaigns to attract repeat footfall and thereby increasing sales and customer loyalty.
