The company has launched its new Experience Store in Andheri West, Mumbai, which spans 850 sq. ft., and has been designed to showcase real-life solutions through immersive, mock-up environments.

Aiming to reshape bathware retail experience in India, Gravity Bath Pvt. Ltd. has launched its new Experience Store in Andheri West, Mumbai. Spanning 850 sq. ft., this company owned store has been designed as a thoughtfully curated environment where design meets function, shares the company.

“After the success of its Delhi store, Mumbai emerged as the natural next destination. With its dynamic architecture and design community, and a growing base of premium homeowners, the city offers the perfect blend of opportunity and audience. Andheri West, in particular, is a vibrant design hub—home to interior studios, developers, and high-end residential neighborhoods. For Gravity, this location is a strategic step toward deeper engagement with both trade professionals and end-users,” says the company statement.

The Mumbai Experience Store focuses on showcasing real-life solutions through immersive, mock-up environments. Each bathroom zone in the store has been designed around specific user needs. “From a trendy Youth Bathroom and indulgent Hotel-style Bathroom, to an elegant Premium Home Bathroom, a fun and safe Kids’ Bathroom, and a thoughtfully designed Senior-Friendly Bathroom, every space reflects Gravity’s ethos of combining style, functionality, and inclusivity,” shares the company.

A highlight of the store is the Live Shower Zone, where visitors can physically experience water flow, pressure, and product functionality—adding a new layer of tangibility to the buying process.

According to Anoop Garg, Founder and Director of Gravity Bath, the experience store is a direct response to long-standing gaps in the market. “We noticed three key challenges in the premium bathware segment,” he explains. “There was a lack of price transparency, a shortage of age-specific solutions, and very limited consumer knowledge about what’s truly possible in bath spaces. Our experience stores are designed to change that. We help people make informed, confident choices—not just purchase products.”

The Mumbai outlet also serves as a knowledge hub for the AEC community, with plans for regular walkthroughs, interactive demos, and exclusive previews of upcoming products. Architects, interior designers, and developers will have access to finish samples, customization options, and expert consultations, making the store an ideal resource for project planning and collaboration.

Moving on, Gravity is preparing to expand its retail footprint through a franchise model, inviting entrepreneurs and partners who share its values of trust, innovation, and customer-centricity. The Mumbai and Delhi stores are just the beginning of a larger vision to create experience-driven retail destinations across India, says the company.
