Heel & Buckle opens 2nd store in Delhi

Heel & Buckle, a high-end shoe studio hailing from London, has launched its second store at the Ambience Mall in New Delhi.

Heel and Buckle was launched in 2011 as a bespoke studio and today stands as a brand symbolizing luxury and sophistication. In December 2012, Heel & Buckle came to India with its first store in Mumbai. Following its success there, the brand has now launched the second store.

Heel & Buckle, founded by leading entrepreneur Dhiraj Bathija, undertook nearly 16 months of research and due diligence before launching the first store. The team travelled across the top metropolitan cities in India, visited key shopping malls and other shopping hubs and spoke to potential customers and friends. The brand has entered the country in partnership with Naaysa Lifestyle Private Limited (NLPL).

In keeping with its luxury status, the brand has come up with a convenience service for its valued clientele. They put together a collection of shoes as per the client size and taste which is then delivered to the client's home. A sales specialist also assists the client in make the purchase. Also, a modified version of this service is on offer for groups, e.g. a business events, group congregation before a night out, social gatherings etc.
As for their expansion plans, Heel and Buckle is looking at Middle East, Turkey and parts of Europe in the coming years.
