How Pacific Mall wooed shoppers with ‘Museum of Illusions’

Pacific Mall Tagore Garden launched a unique experience centre in association with ‘Museum of Illusions’, Delhi, to coincide with special occasions of the month and create newer engagements with shoppers.

Looks like malls are back in action with newer experiential incentives for their customers. Latest was the  initiative by Pacific Mall Tagore Garden - a unique experience centre in association with ‘Museum of Illusions’, Delhi, launched to coincide with the Independence Day celebrations. The setup was placed right at the center of the mall for shoppers to engage with and was assisted by staff from the Museum of Illusions.

Aimed at customers who shopped for 10K and 15K, the initiative offered a free ticket to visit the ‘Museum of Illusion’ at Connaught Place with vouchers and assured gifts like gadgets, cosmetics and perfumes. Around 600 shoppers had reportedly participated and the activity continues to attract customers for grabbing best of shopping deals and discounts, according to the statement by the mall. The activity began in the month of August.

Elaborating on the mall’s efforts to curate one-of-a kind experiences for visitors Abhishek Bansal, Executive Director, Pacific Group said, “We rolled out this experiential setup in the beginning of this month on Friendship Day, it was well-received by the shoppers. The current month is filled with other special holidays like Independence Day, Janmasthami and Rakshabandhan which will help us generate the right kind of attention from our visitors for a continued period and position Pacific Mall much more than just a retail destination.”
