The store captures the essence of the Japanese pop culture and aims to spread the concept of Japanese bakery and street food culture among Indians.

The Japanese QSR chain, Harajuku launches its new store in India. Named after Tokyo’s most culturally and gastronomically vibrant district, the store is here to introduce the concept of Japanese bakery and street food culture among Indians.

Designed by one of the well-known architects, the new store is one of the most visually appealing and instagrammable cafes in the country. It consists of quirky spaces with a live baking section and boba tea counter. Based on the culture of Harajuku, the cafe has recreated the Tokyo neighbourhood which is known for celebration of Japanese pop culture and vibrant cuisine. It has fun elements like claw machine, Manga comics, a Japanese street mural, a lively colour palette and Instagram worthy art installations.

Apart from its great culinary experience, the store has been brought to life by the group of industry veterans. Gaurav Kalra, Founder and Director - Harajuku, is fortunate to receive the assistance of Anshuman Malik, an experience restaurateur with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and management.
