Joyalukkas plans Rs. 600 crore expansion

Joyalukkas, the Kerala based jewellery retail brand with presence all over, has opened two stores in Gujarat, one at Ahmedabad and the other at Vadodara. Both the stores were inaugurated on October 26th by Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan. The spokesperson from Joyalukkas confirmed that the jewellery brand is on a major expansion spree and that it is planning to open multiple outlets pan India by the year 2014. Currently Joylukkas has 90 outlets in 10 countries. Joyalukkas was started in the year 1964, by Alukka Varghese  and the first shop was set up on High Road, Thrissur.
