Ken Nisch to speak on new materials & design innovation at In-Store Asia 2015

Ken Nisch, Chairman, JGA, will share his perspective on'Driving design innovation: With new materials' at a breakaway session

A variety of new materials are being used by retail designers globally to deliver highly innovative and creative retail projects. On one side, new materials are being considered for use for various innovations in design, while on the other side, some of these materials are also being seen as environment-friendly. The moot question is, are new materials being used for retail design in the Indian market, and how cost-effective are they.

To provide an international perspective on this dimension of retail design, Ken Nisch, Chairman, JGA, will speak on the theme'Driving design innovation: With new materials' at a breakaway session on Day 1 of In-Store Asia 2015 which is being organised at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai during February 5-7, 2015.

JGA is a global leader in brand strategy and retail design, working with clients such as The North Face, GM, H&M, Whole Foods Market, Big Bazaar, Westside, LP Jeans, Future Group, Cacau Show (Brazil), and Fantasy World (Kuwait).

Nisch became Chairman of JGA in 1995. He works internationally with responsibilities that include project strategy and client liaison. His knowledge and entrepreneurial insights into consumer behaviour and preferences are integrated into conceptual development and strategic image positioning for retail operators, manufacturers and brand marketers.

Nisch was presented with the Retail Leadership Award at the Asia Retail Congress in Mumbai. He has also been inducted into the Retail Design Institute Legion of Honor, in recognition of his outstanding career achievement in the field of retail design.
