A minimalist decor in black and white with large canvases capturing the visual charm of the city will undoubtedly evoke a sense of nostalgia while one enjoys typical Bengali cuisine .

S. Ramani, Founder-Director of Savourites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. shares, " The 6 Ballygunge Place Thali is approximately a 50 seater restaurant. Apart from Behala soon we are coming up at five other locations within the city of Kolkata. We have identified space at Kasba, Shyambazar, Santoshpur and Sealdah with the aim to spread the brand before the Durga Puja. We are also trying to tap the North Kolkata market with another niche outlet as well. After consolidating the Thali outlets in this city we plan to take it outside West Bengal. Next year we are even expanding our brand abroad.â€
Creating smart space with a local touch was the demand of the place and it has been aptly executed by Architect Ayan Sen of Urban Designer & Planner, who is also associated with the design of all the outlets of this Thali food chain. In this regard Ayan shares, "The idea was to generate a brand identity which could be replicated easily to all the other quick-service outlets of 6 Ballygunge Place Thali. The white walls with beautiful monochrome visuals depicting the landscape of Kolkata with abundant light give out a feel of openness without overpowering the product, as the decor of any place is driven by what the client has to offer.â€
With the aspiration level moving up day by day the brand is expecting a very high footfall in each of their Thali outlets serving full course meal in a very cosy ambience.
