Kolkata gets'Bakstage' and'back to desi cafe' under one roof

'Bakstage' a rock pub serving good music & food and'back... to the desi cafe', a casual cafe space with reading infused environment was unveiled at the IT hub of Kolkata i.e. in EN 1- Sector V, Salt Lake. This is the first project of Bonnie Foods Ltd. which is the parent company of'Bakstage' and'back... to the desi cafe'. The rock pub occupies an area of about 4500 sq feet with 1000 sq feet dedicated to the terrace and outside balcony area, while the café is spread over an area of 2400 sq ft between ground and mezzanine floors. The decor of the pub has been created as special factors for customers, which include walls dedicated to the LP and Cassette era and names of rock stars inlayed into the floor.
 From continental specialities to Indian delights, Anglo Indian platters to delightful'khichdis'– the melee of cuisine provides Kolkata with a much-deserved culinary outing.
The'back...to the desi cafe' is also designed as an attraction, where they have special chilly plants placed on each table to add a little bit of zing to ones experience, table lamps made from old oil cans and bookshelves that also serves as a library from where customers can borrow books. The food which serves from interesting mocktails to shakes, to Indo-desi fusion food, the special live kitchen around the cafe all enhances that exclusive feel for the customers.
