The company is expanding its digital signage offerings with a software platform that helps businesses manage display content through a simpler interface.
As digital signage continues to gain traction across the retail industry, businesses are increasingly looking for solutions that not only deliver dynamic visual communication but are also easy to deploy and manage. While advancements in display technology have expanded the possibilities for digital engagement, software usability remains a key consideration for organisations managing multiple screens and locations.
To address this, Arihant AV Solutions is strengthening its digital signage offerings through Screenova, its proprietary software platform developed to simplify the management of digital signage displays. The company introduced its digital signage vertical around two years ago.
According to Ayush Sanghvi, who heads Business Development at Arihant AV Solutions, Screennova was developed after repeated customer feedback highlighted the complexity of existing digital signage software. Ayush noted that many solutions required well-trained IT engineers to operate and maintain the system. To address this, Arihant AV Solutions focused on creating software with a simpler workflow while retaining the features customers expect.
The platform enables users to push content through an easy-to-use interface and also provides remote monitoring capabilities. It can notify users if a screen goes offline, if content is changed, or if a media player stops functioning. The company also offers maintenance support through a dedicated team that monitors deployments and responds whenever service is required.
Arihant AV Solutions currently provides its digital signage solution to clients including Reliance Retail and Muthoot Fincorp. Going ahead, the company plans to expand the reach of its digital signage business into Tier II and Tier III markets as well.
