The brand has expanded its retail presence to over 150 stores across India, covering major markets and strengthening its reach in eastern and northeastern states.
ASICS, the global Japanese sportswear brand, has announced the relaunch of its store at Select City Walk, Saket, Delhi. First opened in 2015, the store was the starting point of ASICS’ retail journey in the country. The relaunched store adopts ASICS’ global retail format, reflecting the brand’s evolution and its continued focus on strengthening retail excellence and delivering a more engaging consumer experience.
Located at one of Delhi’s prominent retail destinations, the store brings together ASICS’ global retail concept to life through an experience designed to help consumers discover products suited to their individual needs across performance and lifestyle.
“When we launched our first store in India in 2015, it was much more than launching a store, it symbolized our belief in the Indian consumer, and the potential in the running community in the country,” said Rajat Khurana, Managing Director, ASICS India & South Asia, Executive Officer, ASICS Corporation. “Since then, the trust of our consumers, runners and partners has been instrumental in building ASICS into a stronger retail presence, growing from one store to 152 and counting. The relaunch of our Select Citywalk store is particularly meaningful because it brings us back to where our journey began, while reflecting how far we have come. We are not just making our first store bigger, we are honouring the place where our India journey began and making room for everything that is still to come while staying “Ahead of the Game.”
ASICS has established a major retail presence across India, with over 150 stores in different states including Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, complemented by an expanding retail reach into eastern and northeastern states like West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Assam.
