Cantech Engineers to open unit for retail fixtures in Faridabad

Cantech’s new unit, to be operational in a few months, will adhere to safe and eco-friendly practices while the company looks towards offering turnkey solutions to brands and retailers with a focus in retail fixture manufacturing.

Cantech Engineers Pvt Ltd, NCR-based POP and retail fixtures manufacturers provider with two current units spread over 2.5 acre and 1,40,000 sq ft will start another unit in Faridabad, NCR in next few months. With focus in retail fixture manufacturing, Cantech’s new unit will work towards adopting green practices and reduced use of hazardous materials. Cantech has already provided POP solutions to telecom brands like Gionee and Oppo along with supplying retail fixtures to retailers and brands like Shoppers Stop, Louis Philippe and other Aditya Birla Group brands.

Talking on green practices and the company’s future focus, Shahsank Chaturvedi, Partner, Cantech Engineers told Retail4growth, “We are deploying high-end automized units with robotic machineries to engage in complete eco-friendly manufacturing process. We will have systems to even convert pungent welding fumes into fresh air before emitting it in the environment.”

Cantech is also planning to segregate its manufacturing into 4 large holdings – turn-key interiors, printing, signages, in-store branding. “With lot of Chinese firms entering as retail service providers, we must give turnkey solutions starting from designing a concept to rollout. We are also looking at collaborating with a Dubai-based company to get hold of the high-end retail fixture practices available in markets like Europe and the US,” Chaturvedi added.
