Founder Raunak Suvarna reflected on the journey during the launch, noting that the overwhelming love from the Kandivali and Versova communities provided the necessary momentum to bring the "Lavender experience" to this vibrant new neighborhood. He emphasized that the brand started as a simple vision for a dessert-forward sanctuary and has since grown into a significant player in Mumbai’s competitive café culture.
