The retail chain plans to step up its omni-channel strategies to enhance delivery and customer experience.

Lifestyle International Group, which has its presence in India through retail ventures such as Max Retail, Lifestyle, Home Centre and Easy Buy, is now targeting to reach Rs 10,000 crore revenues by 2020 for its India business.

The group also has disclosed their plan to deploy clever omni-channel strategies to ensure shortest delivery time in all locations across India, in the next three years.

Max Retail introduced the Endless Aisle concept last year and in an interview with Retail4growth earlier this year, Vasanth Kumar, Executive Director, Landmark Group, shared his plans to introduce the same concept at all Lifestyle stores. Group venture Home Centre, for example, recently disclosed their plans to unveil the Endless Aisle concept, while also enabling customer access to their full offerings in smaller stores with tab-enabled staffs.

Lifestyle has also introduced the digitally-assisted trial room concept and pager-assisted shop-floor staffs at their select outlets.
