Samsung connects with shoppers at store for new Galaxy S9, S9+ Retail Sales

Users can get a cashback of Rs 6,000 when they purchase the device by scanning the Paytm Mall QR code at select retail stores.

Samsung, the smartphone brand, started delivering Galaxy S9 and S9+ to pre-booked customers in Kolkata and select customers through an in-store marketing promotion where the sets were handed by Bollywood Actress Yami Gautam in a glittering ceremony at the Reliance Digital, Axis Mall in Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata.

“Galaxy S9 and S9+ are smartphones in a class entirely of their own. With the camera reimagined, now consumers can shoot photos and videos like they can’t with any other smartphone. With cool features like Super Slow-mo and AR Emoji, consumers can express themselves in a way that’s unique and personal to them,” said  Asim Warsi, Senior Vice President, Mobile Business, Samsung India.

Galaxy S9 and S9+, the news flagships come in three colours - Lilac Purple, Coral Blue and Midnight Black. Samsung has also partnered with top telecom operators in the country to bring unmatched data, tariffs and entertainment packages.
