Expected to be completed by 2029, PinkWest is projected to have a revenue potential of approximately Rs 1,500 crore while creating a landmark integrated commercial destination on Jaipur–Ajmer Highway.

Manglam Group, one of Rajasthan's leading real estate developers, has announced the launch of PinkWest, its landmark ₹1,000 crore integrated commercial destination on Jaipur–Ajmer Highway. The development has already recorded over ₹300 crore in sales within a short period, reflecting strong market confidence in West Jaipur's rapidly evolving commercial landscape.
Spread across approximately 13 lakh sq. ft., PinkWest has been envisioned as a landmark mixed-use commercial destination that integrates premium retail, office spaces, hospitality, dining, entertainment and lifestyle experiences. Expected to generate a projected development value of approximately ₹1,500 crore, the development reflects Manglam Group's vision of creating a future-ready commercial ecosystem that responds to the evolving needs of businesses, investors and consumers while contributing to Jaipur's next phase of urban growth.

“Businesses, retailers and investors today seek integrated ecosystems that combine work, hospitality, retail and experiences within a single address,” said N K Gupta, Chairman, Manglam Group. “PinkWest has been envisioned around that philosophy. Crossing ₹300 crore in sales is a strong endorsement of this vision and reinforces our belief that West Jaipur is emerging as the city's next major commercial growth corridor."
Located on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway, PinkWest occupies a prime position within one of West Jaipur's fastest-emerging commercial corridors. PinkWest will bring together 287 premium retail spaces, 262 modern office spaces, a 220-key Sheraton Hotel by Marriott International, premium dining, entertainment and lifestyle experiences within a single integrated destination. Serving as the project's hospitality anchor, the hotel significantly enhances PinkWest's overall proposition by attracting business and leisure travellers, supporting destination-led experiences and creating long-term value for retailers, office occupiers and investors.

Speaking about the role of hospitality within PinkWest, Amrita Gupta, CEO, Manglam Spa and Resorts, said, "One of the greatest lessons hospitality has taught us is that people rarely remember a building; they remember how a place made them feel. That realisation has become the bedrock of our hospitality philosophy and continues to shape every project we undertake. Sheraton carries that vision forward, reinforcing our conviction that thoughtfully curated hospitality can elevate an entire destination.”
With construction progressing steadily, PinkWest is expected to be completed by 2029, subject to construction progress and regulatory approvals.
