By Retail4Growth Bureau | July 02, 2024

Nature's Basket has clinched the prestigious Brand Store of the Year - India award at the Retail Asia Awards 2024 for its Artisan Pantry concept, which aims to redefine gourmet grocery shopping experience.

Nature's Basket has clinched the prestigious Brand Store of the Year - India award at the Retail Asia Awards 2024 for its innovative concept, the Nature's Basket Artisan Pantry. Located strategically in prime urban centres like Phoenix Palladium Mall in Mumbai, Alipore in Kolkata, and Krishna Curve in Mumbai, these stores have set a new standard in gourmet grocery shopping.

Spanning impressive sizes—12,500 sq. ft., 7,000 sq. ft., and approximately 10,000 sq. ft.—each store offers an exclusive array of over 10,000 globally sourced products. From artisanal cheeses to fresh exotic ingredients, these stores provide a haven for food enthusiasts to explore and savour the flavours of the world.

But what truly sets the Nature's Basket Artisan Pantry apart is its innovative fusion of shopping and dining. Each store houses The Good Food Café, a full-time café that complements the shopping experience. Whether customers choose to dine in, take away, or order online, the café offers a culinary destination within the store itself.

“The Artisan Pantry goes beyond the conventional grocery store model by integrating engaging culinary events within its space,” says the company Retail Asia. These include live cooking demonstrations in the gourmet studio, interactive workshops, and tastings in the artisanal Boulangerie. “Such activities not only enhance the shopping experience but also serve to educate and inspire customers, turning the store into a community hub for culinary enthusiasts,” the statement adds.

“This innovative approach has not only revolutionised the concept of grocery shopping but has also created a platform where customers can fully immerse themselves in the world of gastronomy. The stores’ design and layout encourage exploration and interaction, making every visit a unique discovery of tastes and culinary knowledge.”
