Ospree Duty Free Mumbai marks a first with digital invoicing

Ospree Duty Free, which has introduced digital invoicing at its store in Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, has become the first duty-free retailer in India to make this transition.

“This pioneering initiative streamlines the shopping experience by reducing billing time by 60% while reinforcing Ospree’s commitment to sustainability by eliminating paper receipt,” shares the company. 

With this launch, customers will now receive their purchase invoices via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, ensuring a faster, more convenient, and eco-friendly duty-free shopping experience. By significantly cutting down paper usage, informs the company.

The Mumbai store is the first in Ospree’s network to adopt digital invoicing, with plans to expand this across all Ospree Duty Free locations soon.
