The neighborhood retail destination has been designed to offer a balanced mix of retail, food & beverage, and entertainment experiences catering to the daily and lifestyle needs of Dwarka’s growing residential catchment.

Pratham Group, a JV of Unity Group, HL Group and RP Group, has announced the launch of City Centre-II in Sector 12, Dwarka, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of neighbourhood retail destinations in West Delhi. The project was inaugurated with a special screening of Dhurandar: The Revenge, setting the tone for a community-focused retail and entertainment hub.

Envisioned as a neighbourhood-centric development, City Centre-II has been designed to offer a balanced mix of retail, food & beverage, and entertainment experiences catering to the daily and lifestyle needs of Dwarka’s growing residential catchment.

A key highlight of the launch is the introduction of Dwarka’s first Cinépolis multiplex, featuring five state-of-the-art auditoriums with a seating capacity of over 750. The addition marks a significant step in strengthening organised entertainment infrastructure in the micro-market, positioning City Centre-II as a primary leisure destination for the community.

“Neighbourhood retail today is no longer about scale; it’s about relevance, accessibility, and everyday engagement,” said Harsh Vardhan Bansal, Co-Founder of Unity Group and Vegas Mall. “With City Centre-II, our focus is to create a destination that seamlessly integrates into the lifestyle of Dwarka’s residents. We believe the future of retail lies in such hyperlocal ecosystems that combine convenience with quality, creating spaces that people don’t just visit occasionally, but engage with consistently.”

The project also brings together a strong mix of F&B brands, including McDonald's, Starbucks, Café Delhi Heights, Brick & Brew, Berco’s, and Tealive. McDonald’s and Third Wave Coffee have commenced operations, with the remaining outlets expected to open in a phased manner over the coming months.
