Deven Doshi, Co-Partner , Rainbow, informs, "The aim was to inform people the goodness of using the organic and natural products as Rainbow has been specially created to cater to those who have been on a lookout for a balanced, healthy and holistic lifestyle.”

Members of AIESEC, a student run-organisation having partnered with Rainbow came up with the idea of cleaning the maidan in the early morning hours. They also went to different youth hangouts and interacted with them to start using the natural products and the USP of the Rainbow store lies in their complete range of lifestyle items where one may get food articles ranging from cereals, grains, pulses, food supplements and seeds, beverages, condiments, spices, oils and cooking mediums, snacks, personal care and so on. Thus it is the one-stop-shop for healthy living where all the requirements are catered under one roof to the customers representing any age.
Ankita Gouti, Manager, Business Development-AIESEC in Kolkata, said, "Our main purpose was to take an initiative to remind us of our own reckless wrongdoings and how we can reverse the situation by protecting our environment. Although only a particular day should not be the only day to care for our environment, but a day like today can definitely focus to celebrate and raise awareness on a much larger scale. So go green and be a part of a GENERATION.”
