Rajneesh Mahajan, COO, Inorbit Malls India, and Asim Dalal, MD, The Bombay Store will share their perspectives on this subject while addressing the session on "Creating New Retail Experiences In Times Of E-Com Explosion" on Day 1 of In-Store Asia 2015, being organised at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai during February 5-7, 2015.
Rajneesh Mahajan has spent 5 years of his career at Inorbit Malls India, where he is the Chief Operating Officer. He has previously worked with Cushman and Wakefield, Barista Coffee and Turner Morrison Land Ltd. In his current position, he is responsible for Leasing, Marketing & Operations, making his overall experience in the retail industry extend beyond 15 years long.
Mahajan holds a bachelor's degree in Science from Punjab University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Finance from the ICFAI Business School. His experience and hands-on approach towards the work has made him a distinguished name to be reckoned with in the industry.

Dalal's main areas of responsibilities at the 'The Bombay Store' include sourcing, expansion, business development and financial planning. Apart from this, he is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company.
Dalal is also the founder of The Elephant Company (TEC), a start up in the home and living category. He is instrumental in setting up a joint venture company with a large South Africa company to form Out of India Retail Pvt Ltd for travel retail business in India.
Apart from the above responsibilities Dalal is the Jt. Managing Director of the family owned Printing Company, Western Press Pvt. Ltd which focuses on financial document printing. He is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO) -Bombay Chapter since 2001 and a member of Ascent.
