Royaloak Furniture opens two new stores in Bengaluru

By Retail4Growth Bureau | January 09, 2026

Royaloak Furniture aims to scale its retail presence across Bengaluru and other key markets in the coming months.

Royaloak Furniture, a furniture brand, has strengthened its presence in Bengaluru with the launch of two new company-owned stores in Rajajinagar and Banashankari. This expansion adds to the 200+ stores Royaloak operates across India and the United Arab Emirates.

The new stores feature refreshed display formats, enhanced layouts, and the latest product collections across different categories. The Banshankari store was inaugurated by Ashika Ranganath. Vijai Subramaniam, Chairman; Mathan Subramaniam, Managing Director; Chetan Kumar, President; and Sunil Sadagopal, Vice President, were present for the inauguration of both stores.

“Bengaluru has always been a cornerstone of Royaloak’s growth journey. With the launch of these two new stores, we want to show our continued commitment to the city where we started our journey from,” said Vijai Subramaniam, Chairman of Royaloak Furniture. “Our strategy is simple. We want to be closer to our customers, offer a superior in-store experience, and ensure that international-quality furniture is accessible across every part of Bengaluru. As consumer preferences evolve, physical retail continues to play a decisive role in furniture buying, and these launches strengthen our ability to serve the city better.”

“From a retail standpoint, our growth in Bengaluru is about building depth,” added Mathan Subramaniam, Managing Director of Royaloak Furniture. “With over 4.5 lakh square feet of owned retail space in the city, and 24 thousand square feet added through these two new stores, we are strengthening one of the largest furniture retail networks in not just Bangalore, but the country. High-density city clusters like Bengaluru allow us to optimise logistics, inventory planning, and last-mile delivery while maintaining consistency across store formats. As the market continues to shift towards organised retail, scale and control of physical infrastructure become critical advantages.”

The brand plans to continue expanding its footprint across Bengaluru and other key cities in the months ahead, supported by new product introductions and evolving store formats.
